"Reading is to the mind what exercise to the body", said our elders. The tension, stress and strain can be relaxed if one develops his reading habit. The latest development in the entertainment field such as cinema, TV even Internet is thrusting unnecessary things into the viewers' mind. Reading has no such harmful effects. So, we are giving lot of importance to develop a taste for reading in the young minds.

Our Library has got a well ventilated, spacious hall with good lighting facility, housing around 10,200 books covering all main subjects and various important fields. Books have been arranged under different sections like personality development, competitive examinations, English Language Teaching, Telugu, Psychology, Religion, Sports, Fine Arts, Health etc., There is a good collection of creating needs of children from primary section too. There are many books in Hindi, Telugu and Sanskrit also.

Almost all major periodicals are available in our library(32 magazines along with Forbes). They include The Front Line, The Week, The Sports Star, India Today, Bhavan's Journal, Current Science etc., News N' stuff, Chandamama, Tinkle, Wisdom, Inspirational Quote, Science Reporter are the hot favourites of our children. New arrivals are displayed separately for the easy access to our Bhavanites. Documentation files –clippings from the Newspaper are documented under various headings like Current Issues like Lokpal Bill, Nuclear disasters etc, Education, Achievements, Sports, Book review, Science & Technology, Religion & Culture etc. Around 46 files are being updated in the Library.

A section of reference books help the faculty members and students themselves on various subjects. Dailies The Hindu, The Indian Express, Deccan Chronicle, Vaartha(Telugu), Eenadu(Telugu) are displayed on Newspaper stands on every floor of the school building constantly, to keep our students informed with the latest developments of the world.

Even CD based Library and Internet facility are provided to the Staff & Students. NIE(Newspaper in Education) :- To inculcate the habit of reading, the students are made to buy ‘The Hindu’ Newspaper based on which quiz and creative writing competition are conducted. The students are also given comprehension passage from the Newspaper to test their understanding ability.
